Pringle 2026-27 Supply List

Welcome to the 26/27 Pringle school year. Please see the grade list below for supplies needed. If you need assistance with supplies, please reach out to the main office at (503) 399-3178 for support. Thank you!

Kindergarten Supply List

(Names on the supplies is not necessary, unless indicated. Please plan on bringing school supplies to the Kindergarten Open House on September 11th, 2026.

• One standard size backpack is required. Student name should be written in it.
• Names on the supplies is not necessary.
• 4 Boxes Crayola 24 count crayons (the washable ones are prone to break easy!) (No jumbo sized!) We will keep one box back and refresh crayons as needed.
• 8 Elmer glue sticks (no liquid glue or jumbo size) 
• 1 box of tissue
• 12 Ticonderoga standard sized #2 pencils (Sharpened) We will store these and provide children with pencils to keep in their supply box. (please NO click pencils!)
• 8 Skinny EXPO black dry-erase markers
• 2 packages of HUGGIES unscented baby wipes (Sorry this is specific but a district requirement!)
• 1 Set of headphones. Wired!!!! And Volume limited for safety!  No earbuds! Please label with child’s name. 

Optional for Kindergarten

These are items that we use in the classroom and if you would like to include them in your child's supply shopping; they will be used and very appreciated.

• Quart or Gallon sized plastic baggies with the tab for zipping. (little fingers can independently close the bags)
• Sandwich baggies with seal top.
• Napkins/paper towels
• 1 box of paper or plastic cups (3oz or 5oz). NO Styrofoam please! We use this for snack distribution.

1st Grade Supply List

Each child will need:

• Backpack large enough to hold a 10 x 12 folder
• 3 boxes of 24 count Crayola Crayons
• 1 pair of Fiskars scissors
• 12 glue sticks
• 1 box of Kleenex
• One package of baby wipes, fragrance free
• 1 pair of headphones
  • Headphones at school will be returned to you at the end of the year.
  • No earbuds please
  • Marked with name

Optional for 1^st Grade

• #2 Ticonderoga sharpened pencils
• Crayola 10 count broad tip markers
• Bulk snacks for class to share (crackers, pretzels, cheese, fruit, etc.) Please no sweet treats.
• 1 box of Ziploc sandwich size baggies, or snack size baggies.
• Water bottle- pop-top or straw preferred. NO TWIST TOPS

2nd Grade Supply List

(Name brands are recommended for quality.)

Each child will need:

• 2 packs of #2 pencils (Ticonderoga and Pre-sharpened Preferred)
• 3 boxes of 24 count Crayola crayons
• 2 boxes of colored pencils
• 1 package of Crayola markers
• 2 pair of scissors
• 2 boxes of Kleenex
• 2 packages of glue sticks
• 2 Composition notebook (wide ruled, no fancy covers)
• 4 containers of baby wipes
• Water bottle, non-spill lid if possible
• 1 pair of headphones (No earbuds and label with name)
• 1 extra set of headphones
• 4 pink erasers
• 1 box Expo dry erase markers, black
• 1 ruler with inches and centimeters

Optional for 2nd Grade

• 1 set of watercolor paints
• Extra set of headphones
• Ziplock Bags- gallon
• Pencil Box (Not bag)
• 1 Roll of paper towels

3rd Grade Supply List

(Name brands are recommended for quality.)

All supplies except headphones and your student's backpack will be collected at the beginning of the school year and utilized as community supplies.

Each child will need:

• Backpack
• 1 pair of corded Headphones, with a microphone. Bluetooth will not work. (Label with student name)
• 1 Standard plain plastic pencil box
• 1 box of 24 count Crayola Crayons
• 1 pack of 12 count Crayola Markers
• 1 pack of Crayola Colored Pencils (12 or 24 count)
• 2 packs of Paper Mate Erasers
• 2 package #2 sharpened Ticonderoga pencils
• 1 packs of Elmer's glue sticks (regular)
• 2 box of Kleenex
• 2 packages unscented Huggies baby wipes
• 1 package Clorox disinfecting wipes
• 2 packs wide ruled notebook filler paper
• 1 black composition book, wide ruled
• 2 boxes of Ziploc style bags (gallon size and sandwich)

Optional for 3rd Grade

• 1 additional pack of Crayola Color Pencils (12 or 24 count)
• 1 additional box of Kleenex
• 1 pack of wide ruled notebook filler paper
• 1 additional package of Ticonderoga pencils
• 1 roll of paper towels
• Colorful Post-It Notes for teacher use
• Wireless/USB Mouse

Teachers may request a few additional supplies specific to their classroom. 

4th Grade Supply List 

REQUIRED (**priority items**) for Grade 4

• Headphones or earbubs (Please label.) 
• 24   #2 pencils – sharpened (If possible.)
• 1 set of colored pencils (12 or 24)
• 1 box of 24 crayons
• 1 pair of scissors (about 7" with pointed end preferred)
• 6 glue sticks
• 1-2 boxes of facial tissues
• 2 Pink Pearl erasers
• 1 package of baby wipes for cleaning desks, unscented

Optional for Grade 4

• Wireless/ USB mouse
• 1 package of marker
• 1 spiral wide ruled notebook
• Paper towels
• Additional wide ruled notebook paper package
• Additional box of facial tissues
• 1 box of Ziploc bags (sandwich, quart, or gallon)
• Dry erase markers (in fun colors) for the classroom.
• Colorful sticky notes for teacher's use

 5th Grade Supply List

REQUIRED for 5th Grade

• Headphones clearly labeled with students' name
• Pencil box for the following items:
• #2 pencils (24 or more) sharpened
• 1.5 inch binder
• 1 package of grid paper
• 1 pack of colored dividers
• 2 packages of college ruled paper
• 1 spiral notebook, college ruled
• Highlighters (2 colors)
• 1 box of 24 crayons
• 6 Expo dry erase markers (skinny kind)
• 1 box of Kleenex

Optional for 5th Grade

• Pencil Toppers / eraser
• White board eraser
• Please make sure there are no alcohol markers- they stain the tables.
• Please NO scissors 
• Please NO sensory tools as they are a distraction. School will provide as needed.
